Many thanks to Charles for his patience throughout our sales/delivery process. Things were unusually complicated by my wife Pat’s injury incurred in a recent car crash and our inability to secure a dog s sales/delivery process. I went to the dealership today for a "free" oil change and came home with a new 2024 RX350.. Charles Calise made the whole experience so easy. I jokingly asked him when we crossed paths in the lounge ar and came home with a new 2024 RX350.. Charles Calise made the whole experience so easy. I jokingly asked him when we crossed paths in the lounge area if he had any "deals" today. Less than an hour later I was the owner of a new car. I have to say that I am totally impressed with all of the dealership's staff that I can in contact with. This is my third new vehicle purchase from Lexus of Wesley Chapel.
