The services are very slow, and the car has a crack windshield. After signing everything the call with to explain that they made a mistake we have to pay more than closing costs. I am on my second car with them. Slow customer service. To lease my cars took a painfully long time. I even asked if all paperwork and details could be done prior to my visit. I was for looking for my first car and went to another Toyota dealership, I wasn’t really able to find any help. I came to Andrew Toyota and met Charles, and Giovanny, who helped me find a vehicle I like Toyota dealership, I wasn’t really able to find any help. I came to Andrew Toyota and met Charles, and Giovanny, who helped me find a vehicle I liked. They were giving me daily updates, made sure every question I had was answered and then some, and were extremely respectful, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, this is the best place to go hands down. For my next car, I will be coming back to Andrew Toyota. More
