Dave followed up with us several times after the purchase to make sure we were 100% pleased with our vehicle. Brandon Ford is the best car/truck dealership we have ever experienced in our 40+ years of car shopping! Every salesperson was friendly. The finance person helped us find the best financing. They gave us a fair offer for our trade-in and a reasonable price for the car we purchased. The car was in pristine condition when we arrived, yet they still detailed it, did an oil change, and a full tank of gas before we were sent on our way. We drove over 65 miles to this dealership. It was well worth the trip!!! More

Marvin Fanning was OUSTANDING! Mr. Marvin Fanning was an absolutely OUTSTANDING salesman! I leased a 2018 Ford F-150 STX and Bought my wife a 2015 Ford Focus SE on the same day. He Mr. Marvin Fanning was an absolutely OUTSTANDING salesman! I leased a 2018 Ford F-150 STX and Bought my wife a 2015 Ford Focus SE on the same day. He helped us out tremendously from start to finish. Going to bat for us with finance. My Lieutenant from the fire department purchased a 2016 F-150 from Brandon Ford and he told me to go nowhere else if I was interested in getting a new F-150. A couple of months before the purchases, I came in to take a look at the new body style on the 2018 F-150, Marvin came up and introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. I asked away of course, and he was extremely knowledgeable being that he had the same one as his personal but just a different color, he was very patient and was willing to take us on a test drive a brand new F-150 to let me prove to myself how brilliant this truck was. This was already a dream truck to begin with but as soon as I got behind the wheel of it, it was all over and I was wanting it right there and than! However due to finances a that exact moment I was not ready yet. He provided me a business card, and I promised him that I would be back in a few months. Surely I kept my word, and I called him a couple of days before advising him of the specific color and Trim type that I was really inquiring. I showed up to that dealership and There she was sitting in the customer show Bay shining bright, Marvin had detail spank her up before I got there so that way I would be able to see it shining bright. I also mentioned to him that day that I was interested in a Black Ford Focus SE that I found on the Brandon ford website. I was wanting to put my wife into something more safe and reliable than the old Chevy HHR she was driving. Like I said before we worked out Both deals and We drove off that lot with a Brand New shiny black F-150 Pick up and Gorgeous Certified Pre-Owned Black Ford Focus. Thank You so much Marvin Fanning for coming through for my family and I and helping us start out with our first vehicle purchases. Thank You Brandon Ford for making our dream come true! More

Got a great car at a great price! I was looking for a used vehicle that still had some good miles left and could come with a warranty. I met Jack when I pulled in and he listened to my needs and began to show me around. I was looking for a a miracle car, low miles, great gas mileage, warranty, and a color I liked. Jack was patient as I viewed each one till I found the one I liked. It met my needs and I loved it. When we went in to do the purchase I called my insurance company and found out it was too expensive for me to insure. I had to walk away, Jack did not push me or try to persuade me. I went home and worked it out with my insurance company and came back for the car. I already had my own financing so it was easy after that. Channing had the paperwork ready and it was done!
