Hey y'all, My name is Chance Bishop, I am a sales and leasing consultant for new and used vehicles here at Freeman Toyota. I have worked with the Freeman Family for over 2 years and wouldn't change a thing! I got married to my beautiful wife Ashleigh in October of last year. I had and issue with my vehicle tried to contact Terri Grimes the customer service manager. I left two voice mails and she never called me back. So much for the customer first slogan. I had to go to Toyot Grimes the customer service manager. I left two voice mails and she never called me back. So much for the customer first slogan. I had to go to Toyota Corporate to get my issue resolved. The sale of the vehicle went smooth but I am very disappointed that I never got a call back and had to hear from corporate that Freeman Toyota wouldn't help resolve the issue. More
