They fixed the steering wheel and have it looking brand new. There was a slit in it from what looked like a box cutter (I’m assuming when taking off the tape and packaging vehicles are shipped with), which new. There was a slit in it from what looked like a box cutter (I’m assuming when taking off the tape and packaging vehicles are shipped with), which I sent a picture to my sales rep as soon as I got home from the dealership with the vehicle. I had to reschedule my appointment two weeks in a row, in which Ziegler was accommodating. They got me a loaner and fixed my wheel, all at no cost to me. I’m grateful they didn’t try to play games or charge me or any funny stuff. It’s been a great experience with Ziegler Hyundai thus far More
