They make empty promises they don't fulfill. We purchased a used vehicle there. While looking at it we noticed some chips that needed touching up. The agreement was that , that they were going to purchased a used vehicle there. While looking at it we noticed some chips that needed touching up. The agreement was that , that they were going to touch them up. Chad the salesman said they would take care of that as well as fill the gas tank . We left the car there an extra 2 days so that it could be touched up. We get there go through all the paperwork sign and purchase it then go to the car and the dings were not touched up. Then Chad gives us some lame excuse the ding repair person only comes to the shop once a week. The promise was he would call us to schedule that. Since , we have texted Chad and he isn't returning our text. No ding touch up and no gasoline and no Chad returning our text. The speedometer quit working on the way home from the dealership. A text was sent about that too and Chad has not texted back. No response More
