Walked in looking for a new car but with low new car inventory there was nothing to offer. The service I received was very sub standard, after scheduling an 1100 appointment I sat for an hour and realized my vehicle was still sitting in the lot and clearly this was taking longer than I expec scheduling an 1100 appointment I sat for an hour and realized my vehicle was still sitting in the lot and clearly this was taking longer than I expected. When I asked Chad what the holdup was, he said they’re backed, I stated I had an 1100 appointment, he responded, yeah you and everyone else. What is the purpose of the appointment. The service manager tried to make right, offered me a. Comped rental. However, after 10 minutes of waiting for the person to help me, I left. I went to to Keith Pierson and got the same service, without an appointment and was done in 90 minutes. I’ll be going there from now on More
