Perfect!!! I live about 4 hours away from dealer. Found truck on their website and was able to do the deal over the phone. No pressure high satisfaction. We walked onto the lot last night with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. We just wanted to become more familiar with the actual truck beyond what We walked onto the lot last night with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. We just wanted to become more familiar with the actual truck beyond what we had researched online. Chad came out immediately and greeted us and invited us to come inside to look at a truck inside in order for us to get out of the cold. We had some questions and he invited Bill to come over and help us as well, and they both dedicated a tremendous amount of time to answer all of our questions and to find exactly what my husband wanted in a truck. We are delighted that we drove away with a new truck to replace a similar truck that we had purchased over 15 years ago. I would highly recommend going in and working with Chad or Bill anytime. More
