I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so on this one since my experience was extremely enjoyable and I feel that is rare when it comes to car dealerships. Chad was by far the best sale do so on this one since my experience was extremely enjoyable and I feel that is rare when it comes to car dealerships. Chad was by far the best sales rep I ever dealt with - patient, knowledgeable, quick responses and not pushy - all traits that I admire and made the sales experience enjoyable. His ownership group and management team were responsive and always looking to create a win win scenario. I went into Smithtown Kia without a lot of knowledge about the brand. Chad met me right at the door and was able to get me in a beautiful Telluride in just a few minutes. While helping a friend who had very recently been involved in a accident totaling her vehicle, we stopped at Smithtown KIA. Fortunately their salesman, Chad, was available to answer all our question involved in a accident totaling her vehicle, we stopped at Smithtown KIA. Fortunately their salesman, Chad, was available to answer all our questions, of which there were many. Unfamiliar with KIA, I asked most of my questions based on my adult children’s Toyota and Honda vehicles. CHAD was very attentive polite, informative, and flexible. Familiar with numerous vehicles, he easily and accurately responded to my numerous questions as well as the buyers as he deftly showed the amazing technology in this vehicle. Patiently, he encouraged her to test drive numerous models so she truly could make an informed decision. Not once did I feel any pressure even when I explained this was her first stop and she absolutely would be stopping at other competitors’ dealerships to truly make that informed decision. Chad comfortably socialized as he educated the potential purchaser ( and the neighbor)as he shifted from salesman, technology instructor, navigator, and vehicles reviewer. He generously created comparisons based on leasing versus purchasing as well as the monthly payments of financing of several numerous time frames. While I’m not currently not in the market for a new car, I certainly will not forget this gentleman’s professionalism. And my friend LOVES the new KIA Chad sold her! More
