I want to thank Celia Espinoza for reaching out and assisting me in finding the perfect car for me. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen! I can’t even say enough about how quickly t assisting me in finding the perfect car for me. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen! I can’t even say enough about how quickly the overall team processed a new car coming off the truck for me. This has probably been one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle. She was nice and actually listened to me. She did not try to sway me in a different direction. My 10 year old daughter even commented on how nice Celia was. I also appreciated the overall buying experience with Paramount Kia of Hickory. After speaking with Celia and the manager, Randy, I gathered that they really do care about their customers’ experiences. They both took the time to review vehicle servicing info and key features my specific car has. I do look forward to occasionally running into them as I service my vehicle there in the future. I truly am in love with my 2022 Kia Sorento and can’t thank Celia enough! More
