The salesman was very honest and helpful and answered all my questions directly. I was especially impressed with the way the car was financed by Ms. Hubbard. I told her exactly what I was looking for in a loan and she was able to locate what I needed. We have been very happy with our car, and very happy with the way we were treated at Berger. They have a very good reputation and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. We drove up from Battle Creek to purchase this car, as we trusted Berger Chevrolet for our car. I drove 225 miles after talking to Richard Peters to check out a truck. It was exactly as advertised and he worked at 110% level, including late hours, to work out an outstanding deal for me. I spoke with Tom Satterley upon the return of my '08 Impala lease. I really liked the car and was 4,500 miles over on my mileage. He gave me options of either 1)returning the car and paying for the over Impala lease. I really liked the car and was 4,500 miles over on my mileage. He gave me options of either 1)returning the car and paying for the overage of mileage or 2)purchasing the car. After going over the options, I decided to purchase car and in a year give it to my daughter to use for college. He then introduced me to Cathy Hubbard (in the finance dept.) who took all my information and after a very short time had the financing paperwork completed along with getting me a fantastic interest rate for the loan. It took a short time to sign all the paperwork and I was on my way back home with my car. I want to thank both Tom & Cathy for the their excellence in assisting me on my purchase.
