Catherine was awesome - our situation was bizarre and I needed info ASAP on a preowned MB they had just gotten in. She was on it - took care of us from start to finish and managed amazing communication whi needed info ASAP on a preowned MB they had just gotten in. She was on it - took care of us from start to finish and managed amazing communication while she took care of others, too. She/they did all they said on this terrific car and days later I got the check for the overage in the tag fees. Fantastic experience. More
