This was my first experience with MB, and with MB - Annapolis. I was very satisfied with every aspect of the buying experience. Casey Duffy, a new, young salesman, was very attentive, listened well, as Annapolis. I was very satisfied with every aspect of the buying experience. Casey Duffy, a new, young salesman, was very attentive, listened well, asked the right questions and follwed up on everything I asked of him. The dealership is top-notch; very clean, attractive and pleasant. I also worked with finance maanager Tom Stancavage who was also very professional and attentive. Overall, a great buying experience. I will recommend MB - Annapolis to my friends and business associates. More

The reason for this review is to let the public know what a wonderful experience my husband and I had buying a Mercedes-Benz. Granted it was used, but what a beautiful vehicle. In any event, our salesperson, a wonderful experience my husband and I had buying a Mercedes-Benz. Granted it was used, but what a beautiful vehicle. In any event, our salesperson, Casey Duffy, was not only pleasant and personable but very accommodating as far as getting us in the car and out the door. Wait,it wasn't like that. It was even better. There were some scratches on the vehicle, it was an 01, and I wasn't happy, so what did Casey do? He had all the scratches painted, the car was spotless inside & out. I couldn't have been more pleased. Think about it. A ten (10) year old. Did Casey really have to do all he did? Not really. But because he's the great salesperson he is, he went above & beyond and we would go back to Mercedes of Annapolis in a heartbeat. Thanks Casey More
