Casey Doyle was good at first, stayed late to help us, but fell through at the end by not giving us what we paid for. We've called several times, but always busy. NEVER returned any of our calls. Zach Purvis wouldn't even return our calls, and hes's supposed to be a manager. Ovi was supposed to look into it also, no return calls either . All we wanted was our key and manual they promised us. I'm sure they lost them and won't own up to it. It's their responsibility to get them to us! We were so excited to get this Honda Accord Sport. We love it, but are very sorry we even chose this place. We also came in twice to sign papers, and they got the co-signer as the primary and the primary as co-signer. Everything is in the co-signer's name along with any & all paperwork, or anything that should go to the primary! This place is something else! Really could have been a lot better. More

Zach is at it again he quoted me a lease price I agreed and when we closed the residual was 9000 dollars higher I didn't catch till after I signed, had a meeting with General manager he said it was my and when we closed the residual was 9000 dollars higher I didn't catch till after I signed, had a meeting with General manager he said it was my fault for not stopping the deal right there I had already signed, it's hard to see under the glass and the closer has you sign so much so fast you can't read it all. Dealer would not renegotiate the price. So beware. More

Worst sales rep I ever encountered in a dealership! First it was a filthy car but I went Ahead with it to see if I can get a good deal. Then I walked out but another salesman Troy Vandal called me back to offer me less of what the other one offered!! Very unprofessional people! Just wasted my time and half a day of traveling! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. More

I started working with Casey even though he had 4 different things going on he took me and my wife helped what he could then he past us to Chris and it was just as good he was super nice polite and made our experience great also the finance team that said past 1030pm that night till the deal was done thank you also a shout out to the young lady up front that interacted with us while we waited super funny and a pleasure to speak with as well you guys really care about the customers there and me and my wife will be back next year to trade her car for her job da as well thank you again guys for an amazing experience and welcoming us to part of the Honda family More

Casey was great! His customer service was excellent. I wish the price of the $1995 Honda advantage was included in the price as there is no choice in the purchase. He was high pressure and stormed out of the room when we declined coverage. I hate to have the last few minutes taint our experience. More
