Recall Repairs I love my Ford Fusion but this is the second recall. The fact that I saw the recall on the internet 3 weeks before the Dealership in Starke had the pa I love my Ford Fusion but this is the second recall. The fact that I saw the recall on the internet 3 weeks before the Dealership in Starke had the parts to repair my car is disturbing. What other problems will come up in the future?? I would hope that the factory’s that build the Ford cars will make sure their product is safe before they release them to the consumer. My Question are there any cars that have no recalls.?? If there is I would certainly purchase it !!!! Shame on Ford!!!! More

This time I had a seat track replaced under warranty and it was no problem. The service writers are always trying to help with my needs. If and when I need another vehicle or service I will return to this dealership. It's hard to find a dealer that cares, whether its service, parts or the general manager they do care about you. Any time I see Amir Asadi he will ask if every one is treating me well with my service and is always concerned about my service. That means a lot.... service after the sale. Carol in service is always vey helpful and is a great asset to the business. I can't forget the parts manager, he does a great job with my over the counter parts purchases. More

Poor communication My part came in over a month ago and I'm still waiting on a phone call as to when I can bring my car in. A part that should be under warranty, they ar My part came in over a month ago and I'm still waiting on a phone call as to when I can bring my car in. A part that should be under warranty, they are stating it's been eaten by a rodent and I need to pay half. The sensor lights were on 3 days of the purchase of the car. My car is garage kept and 7 other vehicles on the property. Never have I had this issue. I've called numerous times, when speaking to the service reps they are very nice, but do not follow through. When I call back they act like they have no idea who I am or what I'm talking about. On a good note I give the sales dept 5 stars, very disappointed in service. I'm still awaiting to have a few minor things fixed that was wrong when I bought the car. I do love my car! More

Not what we thought the problem was F250 had vibration in front end at speeds 60+. Tires had been rotated and "balanced" twice before, so we knew it was something else. Carol, Service Manager, said that tires were always where they started. Guess what? It was a bad balance. Thanks! More

Does not keep to their word I was told shortly after I bought my truck that the problem that I had with it would be taken care of.
