When I called her she knew exactly who I was after not speaking for over 2 years. She got an understanding of what I wanted and she went to work to get me everything I wanted and more. Ouafaa is so upbeat, compassionate, informative, understanding, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. She is an amazing individual and a true asset to Executive Kia. I ended up with my dream car...2024 Kia Telluride EX and I couldn't be happier. Ouafaa went to bat for me, checking all options just to make sure I got what I was seeking!
