Lack of integrity and honesty I purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey E-XL. What a joke that was... For my curiosity I search in the dictionary what Odyssey meant this what I found: I purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey E-XL. What a joke that was... For my curiosity I search in the dictionary what Odyssey meant this what I found: "a long wandering or voyage usually marked by many changes of fortune" Definitely matches what horror I have gone. The sales team explicitly said that the EX-L had WI-FI (Hot Spot). I left with the van and of course I was excited to start using all the gadgets. The first thing I noticed the van is horrendously noisy. It is very safe since you do not coffee to stay awake. The noise is so loud that I could see owners of Honda to be wearing hearing aid at early stage of their life. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR KIDS THEY WILL AFFECTED MORE THAN AN ADULT. The middle row, you need a crane to take out of the vehicle, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO IT BY YOURSELF. Of course by now you have guessed it NO WI-FI. In my kind of work I did not know how essential is my connection to the world. I purchased as well a Silverado that has been awesome (It has like all GM product WI-FI). I wonder if the automobile industry is going at the same speed that hotels 5 years ago, where they were charging you for WI-FI. It should be standard equipment we are in 2018. Driving the Honda is not piece of cake either, I do not know what is the big emphasis that the Honda is top notch are you kidding me? Now the service Department is another disaster, they tell that the car is going to be ready at this time well, add 24 hours to it because it is not. Integrity and Honesty are very important for me, and they lack of that quite a bit. More

While I was there for service I met Steve Poncelet , a salesman with them. My plan was to buy a FIT. He made me a great offer but I decided to go bigger on his recommendation. The car I really wanted was an HR-V but didn’t think I could afford it for a second vehicle. He was able to put a deal together that fit my budget. The car has been everything I had hoped for.
