Very satisfied with Carlos in Sales and Brayon in Finance working through the deal on my new 2024 Sierra 1500 AT4. The only issue I have had is with my Head Up Display and Carlos is working with me to get t working through the deal on my new 2024 Sierra 1500 AT4. The only issue I have had is with my Head Up Display and Carlos is working with me to get the part needed to fix the issue at my local service center here in Louisiana. Carlos has worked well with the service team to fix this issue. Never had any idea how easy it would be to purchase a vehicle from out of state. Thanks Team! More

Unorganized, and tried to be smart and give a low-ball offer on my trade. The car was not at the dealership, even though I called hours prior to confirm and scheduled an appointment, then I went with th offer on my trade. The car was not at the dealership, even though I called hours prior to confirm and scheduled an appointment, then I went with the sales person to their other location at Highway 6 where he was told the car was, but again it wasn't, then we had to drive to the 3rd location to finally find the vehicle after an hour. Then the appraisal offer on my trade in was ridiculous! The first appraisal was so off that it was disrespectful, I had to really call out that it was an outrage that had lost my entire morning there to receive such ridiculous offer. For your reference it started at 8k and we ended up closing at 14k. That type of difference leads me to believe that the process is intended to catch uninformed people, but it's a pure disrespect to customers. My review of the sales process and trade in negotiation and organization is a -5 out of 5. There won't be a next time to me! They need to cut the xx on appraisals and give their customers a fair trade in appraisal instead of low balling people like they were idiots. If it wasn't a car that my wife really liked, I would have walked away and told them the truth they need to hear. More

Transparent upfront pricing, good customer service. Carlos was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the transaction.
