Dealership snuck in ad on fees after I was specifically told they would waive those fees. I have documentation saying no fees would be added. None. So, curious how the $599 was added when I was told many t told they would waive those fees. I have documentation saying no fees would be added. None. So, curious how the $599 was added when I was told many times that fee would be waived. Would return the car if I could and go elsewhere. Ten days later, numerous phone calls and no resolution. Salesman is not responding to texts or phone calls. GM and other sales managers not responding to phone calls. Still don’t have certified paperwork or floor mats for the vehicle. Next step is to reach out to the owner. This dealership took what could have been a great review, and through lies, avoidance and trickery have earned one star. It would be lower if I could give less. Sad. Gives car dealers a bad name when they play games like this. More
