Stress-free, enjoyable, and memorable I had the pleasure of being paired with Carlos as my sales consultant, and he was incredible right from when we first met before my scheduled test dri I had the pleasure of being paired with Carlos as my sales consultant, and he was incredible right from when we first met before my scheduled test drive all the way to when he waved me off weeks later as I drove out of the garage with my new Civic Hatchback. From the beginning, I felt relaxed and comfortable when at the dealership or while speaking with Carlos via text or phone call. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle - no question was met with an uncertain answer - and he never made me feel like I was asking dumb or too many questions. He never pressured me into anything, nor did he ever make me feel rushed into making any decisions. Above all else though, what really impressed me the most was that he genuinely listened to what I said I was looking for and worked hard with his colleagues to make it happen. Carlos was friendly and down-to-earth, and he encouraged me to feel free to reach out to him with any questions or for a status update whenever I grew curious. He kept everything transparent and made everything straightforward. The bottom line is this: I thought I'd had a stellar experience seven years ago when I bought my previous car, but Carlos; Tomas (the finance guy I worked with); and anyone else who played a part behind the scenes truly exceeded my expectations and raised the bar much higher. Carlos in particular knocked it out of the park. Quite honestly, this is how buying a car should always be. I don't know when the next time I'll be in the market is, but it's safe to say I'll be referring people to Carlos and Scott Honda in the meantime and he'll be the first person I reach out to when I'm looking again myself. More
