SOLD ME ON FRIDAY A 2021 CERTIFIED CORVETTE 2LT CONVERTABLE. DRIVING THE CAR HOMRE TO PORT SAINT LUCIE THE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE LITE CAME ON. I TOOK THE CAR TO MY LOCAL CHEVY DEALER DYER CHEVROLET CONVERTABLE. DRIVING THE CAR HOMRE TO PORT SAINT LUCIE THE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE LITE CAME ON. I TOOK THE CAR TO MY LOCAL CHEVY DEALER DYER CHEVROLET TO HAVE THE OIL AND FILTER CHANGED. THE OIL AND FILTER WAS FILTHY. THEY CHARGED ME 150.00 DOLLARS. I TOLD THEM THE CAR WAS CERTIFIED. , WHEN THEY PUNCHED THE VIN UP ON THE COMPUTER THERE WAS NOTHING SAYING THE CAR WAS CERTIFIED. Worst customer service experience! When we saw that their offices were dingy and dirty we should have walked away. They told us.. oops we didn't do the paperwork to transfer the tag and would email a copy of it. I've called and emailed them, no one bothers to reply. So once you sign on the dotted line, you do not matter. All they care about is getting sales. I'm about to be without a car and making payments on it when I won't even be to drive to work. Please go elsewhere and save yourself a major headache! More
