He advised that this service center would not simply plug my punctured run flat tires but Carlos was super detailed in his explanation of any issues. He advised that this service center would not simply plug my punctured run flat tires but replace them to ensure safety. He was honest in telling me that my previous BMW service center was doing wrong by not replacing the tires each time there was a puncture. I truly appreciate that honesty from service department.
