No pressure, great buying experience - Love my new car! Carlitos was amazing and helpful, very no pressure. I told him I would be heading to test drive a Toyota Prius after my test drive with him and he was Carlitos was amazing and helpful, very no pressure. I told him I would be heading to test drive a Toyota Prius after my test drive with him and he was very professional about the whole experience. Carlos was so great that when I went to Toyota dealership right down the street, it just amplified the great treatment I received at the Hyundai dealership. The Toyota dealer was so rude and tried to sell me something I didn't want, I left within the first 10 minutes and headed right back to Hyundai! Carlos explained everything from start to finish clearly, answered all my questions and was very clear about the features of the car. He sold the car without giving me a HARD sell - which was so great! I was dreading car shopping, but the experience was so great from Carlos, to the finance team and the service team – I've told everyone about my great car shopping experience! I am so pleased with my Hyundai Sonota Hybrid and the whole car buying experience, I think I might not be buying any other brand in the future. More

Hyundai Honey. I actually went to Tustin Hyundai twice Carlitos helped me the first time and he was very nice and not pushy. Shawn Brown assisted me the second time. I was more specific with what I wanted and his help was 100% professional and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. Even the finance lady Cheryl was awesome, she reminded me of my mother. This is my second Hyundai and my first experience (not at Tustin Hyundai ) was a nightmare. I decided to give it another shot and the experience was A++ I don't remember how long I was there but I didn't want to leave. I absolute love my car. More

Great experience, all employees we spoke with were helpful Q, Carlitos and Steve helped us during our search for a certified used vehicle.
