Always great service. A remarkable find I'm new to Mazda and have a 2013 Speed3. Very impressed with the two service reps I have dealt with Cynthia Ramirez and Carlos Guzman. In both visits I'm new to Mazda and have a 2013 Speed3. Very impressed with the two service reps I have dealt with Cynthia Ramirez and Carlos Guzman. In both visits I was treated well and kept informed about service progress. 100% satisfied, plus they have a pleasant waiting area with WiFi and coffee, so I can work while waiting. I'll be back - thanks to both. More

Wonderful Carlos Guzman is the Best! He went out of is way on a Saturday to give me a ride to get my brothers car while mine was being serviced. That's going ab Carlos Guzman is the Best! He went out of is way on a Saturday to give me a ride to get my brothers car while mine was being serviced. That's going above and beyond. I always take my car to be serviced here even though I bought it from my home town. But my next car purchase will be this dealership. More

Grade AAA dealer I have owned my Mazda 6 since 2010. It was bought used at this dealership from Charles Simon. Charles is a very nice guy to talk with and shoots stra I have owned my Mazda 6 since 2010. It was bought used at this dealership from Charles Simon. Charles is a very nice guy to talk with and shoots straight on buying a car. I have been servicing my car here since I bought it. Carlos Guzman has been my advisor for most of this time. He's to the point and listens to your problems. He has been most helpful and friendly. Cindy Ramirez was the advisor on my last service there in Sept. She is also very helpful and friendly. She did help me out concerning a part that was ordered for my car by adding coupons and other discounts available. Overall this dealership I believe deserves an A+ for service and sales! More

Carlos Guzman - Thank You. Carlos has been my Service Advisor with my Mazda Tribute (2001) and now with my new Mazda CX-5 (2015). However, my observation is that the service advisors were spending most of their time typing. That's an indication to me of excessive influence of legal xxxxxxx. Their agenda is to generate documentation to provide legal cover to evade responsibility rather than to improve service and customer relations. More
