Surprisingly excellent purchase and experience Went to finance the Civic I was leasing and ended up driving home a new CRV!! I really loved and enjoyed driving my Civic, but being able to purchase a larger vehicle was a surprise to me as fits my current needs so much better. Carlos Crispin was so friendly and extremely helpful with this purchase. He took his time answering all of our questions. He went over all of the details of my new vehicle (he even helped to program my husband's number before I left (it was snowing like crazy that day!!). Levie Frank was also so friendly as well and went over all the paperwork in detail. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I was so blessed to be driving home my new CRV that day, but was doubly blessed to have met and dealt with Carlos and Levie!! More

Typical Dealership - Fees Galore I didn't buy a car so I can only comment on the upfront part. Carlos was nice and did a great job showing us the car. We really liked it. The internet I didn't buy a car so I can only comment on the upfront part. Carlos was nice and did a great job showing us the car. We really liked it. The internet price was pretty good. Then the fees. $695 detailing package, $129 nitrogen tire fee, $389 optional etching, $10 internet fee (this one was my favorite - a charge for getting an internet discount), $249 doc fee, $299 dealer fee, $149 registration, Yea, we could have sat there for a while and negotiated some of them down/away, Just got tired and left. I wish dealers would post the out-the-door cost on the internet (I know that is never going to happen). Also they wanted my credit card or a canceled check to "show that I was serious" before we had agreed to anything. I didn't give it to them. Apparently, they wanted to run a credit check without telling me. If you don't mind all this typical car dealership stuff, you might be able to get a good deal here - I didn't stay to find out. More
