The deal took longer than necessary because of the insurance rep that I UNFORTUNATELY dealt with (note to everyone, don't use Liberty Mutual, they SUCK). He gave me a sweetheart deal on a 2023 Toyota Corolla XSE. If you are ever in need of a car, go to Massapequa Toyota and ask for Carlos. He'll take care of you. The car drives like a dream. Perfect first new car buying experience! I had questions about getting the car I wanted so I called Toyota of Massapequa and spoke to Carlos on the phone. He said I could go there that morning to look at the car which was great. I was a little nervous going to a dealership for the first time ever but Carlos was so helpful, kind, and professional which made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service when it’s becoming more and more rare. I’m so excited and thrilled about my car and I’m happy I decided to visit this location. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’m so glad to have had such a positive first new car buying experience and I will continue to do business with Toyota of Massapequa. :) More
