I went to bmw of Freeport, I was browsing and the first person to greet me was Johnathan aka John, he was very calm collective and show empathy, I bought my first vehicle 2 months later 2023 bmwx5 and he person to greet me was Johnathan aka John, he was very calm collective and show empathy, I bought my first vehicle 2 months later 2023 bmwx5 and he listened and it all the package as requested and he made some great points since we both have little angels 😇 ! I went back to bmw of Freeport because of this gentleman Johnathan G , he walked my wife tru everything step by step! I truly appreciate his level of customer service and after sales follow up ! More

I wanted a specific car initially, but ended up leaving with a better car that including everything that I wanted and more! This was a relief for me because what I received happened to be more than what I expected as a first time buyer. When things got tough, Jonathan and Carlo didn’t give up and made sure everything worked out better than what I had planned.
