I moved to Illinois from Indiana in 1985 & thought It might be fun to sell cars for the summer. Here I am 32 years later still selling G.M. products. I make my home in Yorkville, I love living & working in a small town environment, I have always worked in the same area & have many many customers who have become very close friends all because I sold them a car or truck. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time on my Little Farm with my Golden Retriever "Jake" and Recent rescue Shih Tzu Mix "Jasper" I also try & do all I can for local Animal Rescue groups & shelters. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and shopping last minute for a Christmas present they were very swift but not once did I feel pressured into buying anything. Carla did an excellent job returning all my emails and phone calls. I literally called an hour before coming to pick up my car, and she had it out front washed ready to go, along with all the paperwork. I’ve been shopping multiple dealerships for this same car for about 2 Year’s now and found the best deal at Gjovik Buick. More

Enjoyable car buying experience with Carla After visiting a few dealers closer to home I came across a car I wanted to look into at Gjovik. Great Service Above & Beyond! I had a very positive experience working with Carla. The deal went smoothly and feel I got a fair price. There was a bit of a glitch with the batte I had a very positive experience working with Carla. The deal went smoothly and feel I got a fair price. There was a bit of a glitch with the battery...I purchased my 2014 Buick Encore on a Saturday and on Sunday it was completely dead. Because the dealership is closed on Sunday I called Carla in a bit of a panic and she personally picked up a new battery, came to my home and installed it! All this after running a 5K!! Needless to say I was very impressed with Carla's dedication to her customer! More

Personable, well-rounded dealership I went to Gjovik after being recommended by multiple other people. Everyone told me to go and just look, talk to a sales person, and let them appraise I went to Gjovik after being recommended by multiple other people. Everyone told me to go and just look, talk to a sales person, and let them appraise my current vehicle for trade in. My fiance and I went on a rainy day, hoping to test drive a truck and see what kind of deal we could get. We were greeted by Carla upon arrival and she was great from the start. It was raining so Carla offered to pull multiple trucks into the garage where my fiance and I were able to look at them without interruption and out of the rainy weather. Carla was able to work a great deal for the trade in as well as the purchase. My fiance and I highly recommend Gjovik. Ask for Carla in sales! More
