I called to see if they have the specific vehicle in stock and available. My plan was to lease. They confirmed YES to both also confirmed that mileage on the vehicle is under 30. When I showed up at dealership, the vehicle was shown after about 20 minutes of waiting and then it has 55 miles on it. Next, the Salesman (SM) and I talk about numbers. At this point before we start the negotiation, he says that the vehicle was requested by another dealer but he called and convinced them to take another car (at a later time, he was even asking me what time on a specific day would work to pick up the car). They offered a price. I counter-offered. They easily agreed. I was surprised but here is where it gets interesting. I did my thorough research and called a few dealers to get the Money Factor and Residual Value. I got four resources saying MF is .00066 and RV is 59% for the specific vehicle and mileage and lease term. The SM goes in to General Manager’s (GM) and comes out about 5-6 times. The GM comes out with a monthly $ lease number. When I asked him specific questions about what was his MF was and the residual value, he gets nervous. I also had a trade-in. And the trade-in has ultra-low mileage which was apprised by three other dealers and confirmed to have at least $2600 in positive equity. The GM agrees to about $2600 but silently rolls all of this into new lease. So, when I told him that I rather have my lease payments high but would like a check for the $2600, he starts to get really nervous. The SM now has a nasty fit and says “we still have to check with the other dealer if he is okay to let go this vehicle” and when I asked why he said early on that the issue was straightened out, he says “you can roll your eyes as much as you want but it is what it is”. Now, with SM getting nasty and GM unwilling and wanting to get out of the deal, handed me keys and asked me to leave. Yes. He asked me to leave. This is after 4 hours of wasting my time there. Masterful con artistry on display all the way through. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. They also have a Ford dealership next door. Skip that as well. They want you to buy the car without asking any questions about the financing aspect of the deal. If you ask questions, you have to leave. More

Salesman Ed Hughes patiently explained the car's safety features and technology. It was clear that I was dealing with a knowledgeable professional who sincerely cared about the product that he was selling. Based on the information that Ed provided, I decided to buy the car. I received the same courtesy from Carl Savage, who worked with Ed and me to close the deal. When returned to pick up the car and complete the paperwork, Jared Zaum was efficient and considerate and didn't pressure me into buying additional services that I knew I would never use. I had been a loyal Subaru owner for many years. Occasionally, I suffer a lapse in judgment and purchase a vehicle from another manufacturer. I had given up my last Subaru because the safety features and technology were relatively primitive. As soon as Ed convinced me of the change, I was sold. Please extend my thanks to Ed, Carl, and Jared. They are a credit to your organization and will insure repeat business. More

Unlike other dealerships, Ed and Miller Subaru have ensured purchasing, leasing, and servicing a car can be a positive experience. With the type of treatment we have received from Miller Subaru, people will continue to see only Subaru's parked in front of our home! More

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! After over 40 years of buying and leasing cars, I can honestly say that MILLER SUBARU is the "BEST" dealership I have ever done business with!! It wa After over 40 years of buying and leasing cars, I can honestly say that MILLER SUBARU is the "BEST" dealership I have ever done business with!! It was well worth the 65 mile drive from Staten Island, NY to the MILLER SUBARU dealership to lease our 2014 Legacy. From my first conversation with Jessica Sansoni, Internet Sales Rep, to the many conversations with John Godoy, Sales and Leasing Representative, and including Carl Savage, Sales Manager, who completed the financing, the entire experience was completely enjoyable! The personnel at Miller Subaru are very friendly and courteous, completely honest, totally trustworthy and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable of the Subaru vehicle. I can truly understand why this family-owned dealership has been in business for over 100 years (since 1912). I would highly recommend MILLER SUBARU to my family and friends, and anyone reading this review. Oh, and by the way, after calling other Subaru dealerships from Hicksville, Long Island to Pennsylvania and Maryland, I received the best price from Miller Subaru! Best dealership ever - WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! More

Over two days, four different employees (John L., John P., Carl, and Melissa) answered every question we could throw at them. We never felt like the different employees were fighting over us. When we were finally ready to sit down, John Lapetina spent 3-4 hours walking us through the process. He was great. We love our 2010 Subaru Forester. I will definitely make Miller Subaru our first stop the next time we need a car. More

After visiting a total of six NJ Subaru dealerships, I recently purchased my new vehicle from Miller Subaru in Mt. Holly. Whereas the car-buying experience at other dealers ranged from good to miserable, recently purchased my new vehicle from Miller Subaru in Mt. Holly. Whereas the car-buying experience at other dealers ranged from good to miserable, my experience at Miller Subaru was excellent. First, their pricing was the most competitive of all of the dealers I contacted (note: I would highly recommend that future car buyers contact Miller's internet sales representative, Jessica, via their website or phone, for a price on any vehicle of interest). Second, the atmosphere at Miller was completely professional and friendly (in contrast to some of the high-pressure tactics other dealers employed in an effort to do what they could to get me to buy a car before leaving the showroom); in this regard, I would highly recommend that purchasers meet with Jay (or Jack, who also assisted with my sale). Third, when I picked up my brand new vehicle, it was delivered to me in top-notch condition (whereas, in the past, with some other dealers, there were various issues that needed to be addressed following the sale). Lastly, I was very impressed with the management at the dealership, notably, Carl and Melissa, who made this car-buying experience an excellent one for me -- now, a third-time Subaru purchaser. PS: I would also like to point out that Miller Subaru is located over an hour's drive from my home. Given the outstanding experience I had there, however, I would highly encourage others -- particularly those who, like me, do not live in the immediate vicinity -- to make Miller a destination location for your next Subaru purchase. If your experience is anything like mine, you will be very happy you did. More

I waited about 2 months before writing this review to give everyone an idea of the total car buying and service experience from Miller Subaru. First, I want to say this is the best car dealership in t give everyone an idea of the total car buying and service experience from Miller Subaru. First, I want to say this is the best car dealership in the world! I never had purchased a Subaru before. Ryan gave me very good internet pricing on the BRZ when I inquired in an email. I walked in, and Graham Johns was the nicest guy (my sales rep). He treats you like more like you are a part of his family rather than just a normal customer. I purchased a 2013 Subaru BRZ in Dark Metallic Gray. I LOVE THIS CAR!!! When I took the test drive, Graham took me on a nice winding road so I could see how well the BRZ handled. When I took delivery of the car, Graham literally spent about an hour with me inside the car going over every little feature the car has. I was very impressed with how much knowledge Graham had about the BRZ. He every took me through every screen of the NAV and made sure I knew how to connect my Bluetooth Phone. I cant say enough about how much I enjoyed working with Graham. I also had the opportunity to work with the finance guys.... Aaron and Carl. Let me tell you, both of them know their stuff, and are excellent to work with as well. As as matter of fact, I had a smile on my face the whole time working out the financing with both of them, because they both like to joke around a bit and also laugh. They are good guys. I purchased the Miller Protection Program (and I am glad that I did). A rock had flown off of a truck while I was driving on a highway a few days after I picked up the car and dinged my car. I was covered under the Protection Program. Miller Subaru repaired the ding to perfection. John Poster (another sales rep), again was another really nice guy. Got my loaner car for me ready when I dropped the car off and was just the nicest guy also to deal with. I had also met Melissa Miller (the general manager). Another really nice woman. She personally came out to talk to me to make sure I was satisfied with the ding removal. This is the type of customer service everyone should get.... but you dont get this type of customer service everywhere. AT MILLER SUBARU, YOU GET GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE TIME. I can't say enough about this dealership. They have to be the friendliest and honest people I have ever worked with when buying a car, and ever after you buy the car. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you buy a car from Miller Subaru, if you are looking for a Subaru. You will love the experience and meet some really nice people in the process. If I could give them a rating on a scale of 1 (worst) to 10 (best).... i'd give them a 12 (yes, 12 meaning better than best, which would be off the charts!!) I just came in for my first oil change this past weekend. Making the appointment was very simple.... just call them. They send you a confirmation email as well. They have a nice lobby with a TV, plenty of magazines to read, and the dealership is very very clean. The service manager was very very friendly. I literally brought my car in at 7:45am and was out by 8:05am. I cant say enough good things about Miller Subaru!!!! Thank you!! More

I LOVE my Subaru Forester and I only drive manual cars. Ed Hughes is my salesman. He has worked with me to get exactly what I want. The service department is great too. They help me take very good care of my George (cars name). I have had seven Subaru Foresters, my father two and my mother just joined with hers. All together though we have had nine Subaru cars. I keep trying to hold onto my car but then Subaru keeps coming out with something new that I HAVE to get and working with Ed has always been a pleasant experience. If anyone needs a good car I recommend Subaru, but the only dealership you should ever go to is Miller Subaru!!! Thank you, Ed and Miller Subaru!!!! More

it was a great experience dealing with MIller Subaru. I had tried a few other dealers that were closer to my house but they had prices that were higher than Miller's and/or their salesman were pressuring had tried a few other dealers that were closer to my house but they had prices that were higher than Miller's and/or their salesman were pressuring me like crazy over the phone. I used AAA pricing and Miller's price was the best out of any others. I was skeptical that there had to be a catch but I drove the extra few miles to see what Miller's was all about. there was no catch at all, Miller's is the real deal! From the moment Carl greeted me I knew I was at the right place. Not only did they give me a great price on my new Outback, they also gave me the best trade-in price for me car. you can't beat it. Carl knew everything there was to know about the Outback and helped me get to know my new car and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend Miller Subaru to anyone looking for a new car. More
