Additionally advise you of the upcoming service needs to expect and don't try the "while we having you sitting her, spend mega bucks you don't need to. Additionally John Maxton our saleman was great. He searched Volvo dealers nationwide to find the exact car my wife wanted, made the shipping arrangements to have the car delivered here to Somerville and we took care of the price in less than 5 minutes. Trustworthy I'm really speechless. This place is impressively splendid. I needed an immediate service for my car last Saturday but the dealer near my house turn I'm really speechless. This place is impressively splendid. I needed an immediate service for my car last Saturday but the dealer near my house turn me down because I don't have an appointment. But luckily, when I called Bridgewater Volvo service, Carl advised me to bring the car right away although I mentioned that I'm about 1 and 1/2 hour away. And as usual, the problem solved in no time. They're the best of the best! More

I never met a salesman as patient as Mr. Dominick Difalco. Even my husband who doesn't like dealing with salesmen was empressed how he honestly answer our questions. Not to mention, other employees are very nice and friendly too. And when we trade-in our S80 ( which we bought in the same dealer and salesman, Mr Difalco), they gave us a good deal for the second time around. Which, Mr. Mike and Mr. Hal came on board to help meet my monthly budget. As far as their service department, Mr. Durant is very pleasant helping us in all our car services. I'm very delighted how he handle his job. Just recently, I went there to get an oil change and for them to take care of the problem in one of the seat belt. When I picked up the car, I have a new break pads as well. How good is that? We live in Rockland County, NY and they're in Somerville, NJ but we don't mind driving far because of their excellent service. I will give them FIVE STARS and recommend to people who wants to buy a Volvo. Thank you very much to Bridgewater Volvo... More

I heard a bad sound coming from my front right wheel well. I contacted the Service department as they had helped me with major repairs to my 2004 S60 before and was not disappointed. Carl was great and the Service department did an excellent job fixing my vehicle and recommending future repairs. Given the age and mileage of my car, it is comforting to know Bridgewater Volvo is there to keep me rolling. I hope to keep the car in good shape and hand it down to my son in 3 years when he's ready to drive. More

I have rated this dealer "great" in all categories because of my experiences with them since the mid-1980's. I've owned Volvos since 1973 (a new 164) and admittedly, I do some work on my c categories because of my experiences with them since the mid-1980's. I've owned Volvos since 1973 (a new 164) and admittedly, I do some work on my cars (currently three 240s, one '84 and two '93s) myself, but if I don't feel qualified or capable of a job, Bridgewater Volvo is the ONLY place that I will let lay their hands on my cars! I don't know the service techs, but the guys in the Parts department are always helpful in identifying and ordering the right new parts for me (I always use Volvo-brand, not aftermarket) -- I've heard horror stories (on some Volvo websites [e.g., VCoA, Brickboard] about other dealers) -- so they deserve a lot of kudoes. But in particular, I want to identify Carl Durant, #192, as my favorite and preferred Service Writer. Carl always patiently tries to understand my sometimes difficult-to-describe (e.g., a certain noise, or erratic behavior) or hard-to-diagnose problem, and sees to it that the service technicians do the job right the first time, as well as complete the job in a timely manner; he promptly notifies me if there's a complication (a delay for a unexpectedly needed part, for example); and he's also very cooperative when I have to schedule some work around my wife (who needs her car to get to work) schedule. Of course, I also appreciate your courtesy car service, and your loaners, when needed. And finally, I want to say that I find your pricing for service to be fair and reasonable, especially compared to some other makes' dealers (but don't let that mean that you should raise your prices to match the others -- ha, ha). Anyway, I'm a very pleased customer because your service and parts departments are so good. More
