I have been a part of the Capital Auto family since early 2010 and mostly, I enjoy the people and their personal commitment to customer satisfaction. I moved to Florida in 1999 from Dayton, OH. I was named Service Advisor of the Year in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. I am very happily married and in my free time I enjoy playing golf.

Very good, attentive service in connection with my Volvo V50 I have had my 2008 Volvo V50 serviced by Capital Eurocars since I bought it. For the last several years I have been taken care of by Cameron Clifton. I have had my 2008 Volvo V50 serviced by Capital Eurocars since I bought it. For the last several years I have been taken care of by Cameron Clifton. Cameron has been fantastic. He's always explained work done on the car in detail, is friendly, accessible, and is great to work with. Whenever I have a question about my car's service (and I've been known to have a lot of questions), Cameron is unfailingly helpful. I have owned Volvos for many years and Cameron is without question the best service representative I have ever worked with. More

My 911 was serviced properly and within guidelines of Porsche automobiles of my auto. The Service Advisor, a Mr. Cameron Clifton was very courteous and helpful, made me feel like a valued customer, took time to answer my questions and kept me informed about the timing, work performed and any issues, et cerera by way of emails and telephone calls. Mr. Clifton and the mechanic (Sam) are examples of what customer service is meant to be. More

Our Audi S5 was damaged (sideswiped while fueling the car) while traveling from Atlanta to Sarasota FL. The vehicle drivers side tire was sliced and the front bumper was ripped away from the car making t car) while traveling from Atlanta to Sarasota FL. The vehicle drivers side tire was sliced and the front bumper was ripped away from the car making the car undrivable. I was towed to the dealership from Valdosta GA on Saturday March 30th. The service department was closed so I left the car with a note in the service department envelope with the keys. !st thing Monday morning (7:45AM) Cameron contacted me and we discussed getting the car road worthy so I could drive it back to Atlanta by Wednesday April 2nd. Cameron was in constant contact with me and repaired the car so that | was able to safely return to Atlanta. Not only did he & his tech's make the car roadworthy they made it look almost as if nothing had happened to it. Cameron also supplied me with a dealership courtesy car pick up at the rental car return at the Tallahassee Regional Airport. I can not stress enough how appreciative I am to Cameron and his team they made what started out seeming hopeless possible. Thank you, so very much Cameron and the service department team and the courtesy shuttle driver you all went above and beyond to see that I was able to safely return home to Atlanta. I've never had anything go wrong with my car, excluding regular wear and tear and maintenance. And I believe it has been Cameron's attentiveness to me as a customer that widely contributed to that. As a woman, that means a lot. We are not always treated with such respect and attention. He's a great facilitator/representative/customer service for this dealership. thank you More

Have worked with Cameron for several years now, and he is wonderful. Best service department I've worked with. Too bad the sales side of this dealership is not up to the same excellent standards. Wayne Burnam is great, but clearly has been hamstrung by management changes and other issues (my inference - he hasn't thrown anyone under the bus). I was ready to buy 2 used Volvos through the dealership, but they couldn't make it happen so I went out of town and bought 2010 XC60 and 2012 S60 elsewhere. But I'll have Cameron service them for sure. More

I purchased my first new Volvo in 2010, so Cameron Clifton has been my service consultant for a little over 3 years. He has been remarkably helpful, quick to communicate, and great at explaining what Clifton has been my service consultant for a little over 3 years. He has been remarkably helpful, quick to communicate, and great at explaining what's going on. Of course it's always easier to be satisfied when you're car is under warranty, but even taking that into account, Cameron has gone above and beyond to help me on many occasions. He always makes sure I have a way to get around when I need it (even when I need it because of my own mistake). When there was a recurring problem with my car that seemed very small and minor but had the potential to grow into a serious repair, he kept following up on it diligently, and ultimately put the process in place that led to a major repair with as little inconvenience to me as possible. I've dealt with many good repair shops and service people in my 35 years of owning cars, but no one can beat Cameron for kind, helpful, efficient service. It's actually a pleasure to bring my car to the shop! More

My car was fixed in a few days after another Volvo specialist had the car for weeks without figuring it out. Cameron kept me informed on what was going with the car and was very polite and friendly. specialist had the car for weeks without figuring it out. A few weeks later I had another issue with the car that I assumed was another computer issue, but instead involved the battery. The battery had a warranty from another store so I was able to switch it out and bring it back. The service center installed the new battery and washed my car for free, and I had it back within 24 hours. Great experience overall. More
