My service advisor, Meya Stamper was thorough in her helping me to understand the reason for the recall on my car as well as what I should expect with my milestone service for the day. She arranged for me to couple my recall visit with my 10,000 mile service. After, I explained my obligations for the day, she arranged a loaner for me. That's when I met the very warm and personable rental agent Sheri Melton. Sheri also very thorough in explaining the policies for using the loaner service at Russel. My entire day was productive because Russel accommodated my needs while servicing my car. That's why I Love Russel! I didn't feel any pressure into buying a car that I was not completely satisfied with and to top it off my payments are reasonable and affordable. I went to the dealer because my 2010 Camry was a total loss. I had been in a rental when I arrived and really just went in to discuss my options. I knew the insurance company would be cutting my check soo loss. I had been in a rental when I arrived and really just went in to discuss my options. I knew the insurance company would be cutting my check soon and I did not want to be without a car. I worked with Matt and he was able to get me into the exact car that I wanted. Calvin assisted me with all the logistics and even offered to follow me home in order to drop the car. Jimmy, in finance, was so nice, direct and to the point. I thought the process was going to be a hassle but they made the experience a great one and I really appreciate. I would and actually have, recommended them to others. They were awesome. More

When my husband and I walked into this dealership, no one greeted us. Two women sat at a desk inside the door and while one held the phone receiver and talked, the other was busy dialing the phone. (The sam greeted us. Two women sat at a desk inside the door and while one held the phone receiver and talked, the other was busy dialing the phone. (The same phone- 2 women to make 1 phone call!)They never gave us eye contact or any type of greeting. We wandered the floor and no one approached us and the 2 women still seemed busy doing the job of 1 person. Finally my husband said he didn't want to buy a car there and as we left a salesman came up and greeted us. From there on in this place gets 5 stars. Calvin's high rating was added to the overall bad so far to give this dealer an OK rating.He arranged to show us the car we were interested in, arrange a test drive for us and talked a bit about financing. We were disappointed there were no incentives so we did leave to think things over. He even called back a few days later to see how things were going with our car buying decisions. We did end up buying elsewhere, mostly because the price was much better there with many incentatives, but with the first lack of welcome to Toyota, we were not sure we wanted to deal with this dealer. More
