Wow, where to start. Well, I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last 4 years. One New and 2 used. All with issues. The last purchase I did was a 2019 Honda Pilot with 3 Well, I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last 4 years. One New and 2 used. All with issues. The last purchase I did was a 2019 Honda Pilot with 30K miles on it. Well, like the other used vehicle I purchase. Shomp did not do any inspection. Both cabin and air filters were trashed. Brake rotors were warped. Need to be turned. Should have been caught by an inspection, and should have been done before this Pilot was listed for sale. I had to pay $215 to have them turned at another Honda Dealership. And, the transmission seal was leaking. This was a warranty issue and by the looks of it, its been leaking for a while. A blind person could see this. Again, should have been caught by inspection before it was offered for sale. Also, I mentioned the day before I came back to finalize the purchase that there was blood on the roof lining by the visor and dirt marks on the passenger back seat. Not removed, I had to do this after the purchase. Oh, I have left both voice and emails for Management and upper Management. Nothing but crickets on this matter. 1st Manager is already gone, because my 2nd email to him, came back with no delivery address, all within 2 weeks after purchase, so I went to the General Sales Manager, Derrick Edwards, And I sent an email and like I said, nothing but Crickets. Hate to write this. But will never step into Shomp again, any of their dealerships. All they care is about $$$$ and nothing else.. More
