They walked him through every step of the process and made sure he fully, understood everything. They worked together as a team and they were very courteous towards me as well. I must say, my son felt extremely comfortable with his purchase and still does, today!! But, the cherry on top was Sonja (finance), she treated my son as if he were her son. She held his hand through all the financing jargon and explained it so he would understand. She made sure he walked away that day, safely in his vehicle and proud!! Thank you!! More

I have to say Dean and CJ listened to me and suggested several cars. I was able to choose one that I loved and that exceeded my expectations. I was shocked at the short amount of time they had me approved in, even though my credit was not so great. glad i made it my first stop! I was referred by a friend, who recently bought a car from them, to go and check them out. We went on a Saturday afternoon and everyone was very helpful. Alex and CJ get lots of credit for all the help they gave us. They walked me around showed me everything I wanted to see. Test drove 3 different cars with no problems at all. They couldn't have made it any easier to get the car I wanted a 2014 dodge charger R/T. The sales team got me exactly what payments I wanted and not having to pay for oil changes as long as I have the car makes it just that much nicer. Thank you for all your help and getting me into the car I wanted. More

Giving run around I purchased a vehicle from the Automart back in June from the minute I got the vehicle I started having problems some of the issues were covered unde I purchased a vehicle from the Automart back in June from the minute I got the vehicle I started having problems some of the issues were covered under warranty other issues have still not been resolved because they couldn't be proven ... After given a job opportunity I left the state of Florida to move to Maryland.. they do state inspections here my car did not pass ( mind you I asked the guys before I left Florida when they gave it an oil change and did some work to it ...to thoroughly check and make sure that this vehicle was safe )because it needs to CV axels, which should be covered under warranty upon calling down to Nissan and asking for the approval mr. Cameron bird after 2 days denied it, claiming that ..nothing was wrong with the axles before I left and it couldn't be proven. He stated that the issue must've happened while I was driving from Florida to Maryland a 600 mile drive (anybody that knows anything about cars knows that those axle should be good for 70,000 miles) I have not put 70,000 miles on the vehicle so apparently they weren't changed before I purchase the vehicle and I got this information of denial from Travis because Mr. Bird himself couldn't have the decency to call me and tell me and I've asked several times to speak to Mr. Bird and I have left him several messages, all have gone unreturned..The sales people and the service people that I have worked with are very kind and friendly and they do the best they can the management however well I'm not pleased! what's going on with my vehicle should have been covered under warranty and if they honor their customers they would've paid to fix it because there's no way in 600 miles that they got that badly worn.. My review is the people are nice and friendly.. the used vehicles however be weary don't just take their word for it have somebody else check it before you buy...because if you leave the state to go somewhere else you might run into a problem.. I'm finding out more things now that I'm up here that's wrong with this vehicle that I didn't know before such as my heater doesn't work properly ..didn't know that living in Florida didn't need it.. this is my first and last Nissan! Although I appreciate their friendliness and their kindness they for me just do not have a good quality vehicle! I can see Nissan's one of those by new and after seven years get rid of it kind of cars.. So I'm not disgruntle I don't hold any ill feelings but I will not buy another Nissan after what I've gone through with this one! More
