Mr. Burns consoled me and shared some personal experiences with me and I actually left this car dealership feeling like a burden has been lifted off my soul. He is a fantastic and wonderful person and I don't know if I could have kept my head up without talking to him. I did not even want a new car that was not even on my mind what was on my mind was my husband. Mr. Burns has become a confident and a friend and I will always do it with this dealership as long as he is there. Mr. Burns is one of the most kindest, compassionate, thoughtful, people or person that I have ever dealt with in my life. I can only say thank you mr.
