We drove 5 hours to purchase our Jeep. There were 3 issues identified when we arrived. One of the issues was that the rear seat headrests were inoperable and a safety issue. We knew the rear seat was not original to the vehicle, but were told it could be fixed under warranty. We were told all issues would be covered under warranty and we could have them fixed by our local dealership. Chrysler has declined the repair of the headrests under the warranty as the inside of the seat has rust and the seat cover is torn. We contacted Marino to resolve this issue including photos and a fee quote from our local dealership. It has been 2 days with zero response from the managers and no resolution. In the meantime we have an inoperable rear seat that is not safe for passengers. More
