The GM was very kind and took the car back to fix the problems only to return it with more problems that did not exist. After 3.5 weeks of being stuck in service bay, we got the car back with a new rattle under the car. Nobody will return our call without a threat but at this point, we will NEVER bring that car to them again. Isn't a tail light out part of a Safety Check? Next time we'll stick with CARMAX. More

I was impressed with his professionalism because he listened to me and was very patient when I was weighing my opt during the purchase of my vehicle. Unlike most sales representatives, he was not aggressive, nor desperate but calm and confident. He took his time to explain the technical aspects of the vehicle and also why he felt that the asking price was justifiable. He was willing to consider my offers that he felt was fair for all parties. He was very supportive and understanding and he did his best to ensure that I was not stressed as a result of this purchase. Based upon my experience I will be recommending other potential customers to Napleton,'s Palm Beach Acura because of their quality sales representative, and their competitive wide range of high quality vehicles that they have for sale.
