Michael Grace is the opposite of the typical car salesman. He is respectful and attentive without being overbering and pushy. All in all it was the best car buying expeiance I have ever had. Extremely friendly and patient, worked their schedule around when I wanted to buy. Like most people, I usually don’t like dealing with car salespeople, but Crown Volvo let me come to them instead of hunt around when I wanted to buy. They even let me return the vehicle for detailing after I took it home since they didn’t get a chance to before I bought it. George, especially, was amazing as the greeter. They all seemed to care about the customer more than most places. More
