We had gone to another Lexus dealership and were rather turned off by the experience. Then we walked into the Sacramento Lexus and had an entirely different experience. I really felt they wanted my business and were interested in working with me, and made every effort to be helpful and informative. They went all out to make my experience as positive as can be. We were very impressed! Great group of people! More

The staff at the dealership was very accomodating. On our original visit, they stayed late to allow use to test drives everal models of cars doing a great job explaining the differences between each - an our original visit, they stayed late to allow use to test drives everal models of cars doing a great job explaining the differences between each - and allowing us to get a good feel for them. Obviously they did ask if we could purchase that first day - but we told them no and they were not too pushy about it. Once we decided what we wanted to own, we made an appointment a few days later to come back and start negotiating a price. The negotiation process was actually one of the simpler and easier ones we had experienced. All in all - everyone was much more helpful than we had expected. We will definitely be talking to them again in a few years when we are ready for our next vehicle. More
