I noticed that I had a fog light that was not working properly. I called Amanda, and let her know of the problem. She then told me that she would transfer me to a gentleman named Chris in parts, I believe. He said not to worry, that they would get it taken care of. They replaced the light, that same day. I couldn't have asked for better service from a car dealership. Lastly, Bryan made all the paperwork super simple. And also answered any questions that I had. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. And I had driven 5 hours to come and pick up my truck! Thank you Bryan, Chris and Amanda!!! More

Emanuel and Cristian were the two men I spent most of this experience with and they both were extremely likable, helpful and considerate. Emanuel literally gave his own lunch over to my boyfriend who hadn't eaten, and just that gesture in itself proves how kind and caring these people are!! More

Sony and Sierra and all others that we worked with were as gentle as possible. That is, there was absolutely no pressure to put us in a vehicle. This aspect is much appreciated. The folks at Family treated us with respect and worked to resolve any issues that we may have had. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with our vehicle. They had the vehicle that we wanted (which wasn't a Toyota) and did not try to steer us into a Toyota. They were true to their word, their warranties, and their service policies. They worked to make our experience the best experience possible. We would buy another vehicle from them. Sony is an outstanding sales assistant. He truly works for his customers. I believe that Family Toyota is the best dealership in the metroplex. More
