I was allowed to take the vehicle to my mechanic for a pre-service inspection. Any additional service that needed to be done was provided at no cost. The Finance Manager, Wael, was able to obtain a much better APR rate than I could obtain. The General Manager, Robert, and Service Manager, Oscar, wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied that I was purchasing a quality vehicle.
