My frustration is not just with the dealer but GMC in general. Being a Ford and Lexus owner as well, why do I have to keep up with which services have been done? If you are buying from out of state, you shouldn’t have to pay doc fees. I gave them my insurance information the day I bought the car and 40 days later I still didn’t have my tags. I contacted them and th to pay doc fees. I gave them my insurance information the day I bought the car and 40 days later I still didn’t have my tags. I contacted them and they said they didn’t have my insurance info. Which is xxxxxxxx, because they wouldn’t let me leave without providing it. they never contacted me and let me know they didn’t have the insurance info, I had to reach out to them to find out why they hadn’t submitted it. If I had never reached out to them I would have never got my tags. So don’t pay them to do something, because once they have your money you don’t matter. It’s a rip off. Hope to get my tags in a couple of months. I would not recommend this stealership to anyone, they are obviously only after your money. More
