It’s my pleasure to say “Hats Off” to Bryan Hopson and the Inver Grove Toyota team in finding me a 2023 Prius LE on extremely short notice. I was extremely satisfied and impressed at Bryan’s low pressur the Inver Grove Toyota team in finding me a 2023 Prius LE on extremely short notice. I was extremely satisfied and impressed at Bryan’s low pressure style yet diligence and persistence in locating me my car on short notice in a very competitive Prius market. I was prepared for the stereotypical used car salesman approach but instead was met Inver Grove’s Toyota Team and Bryan’s calm professional and respectful style. Although I was a new customer I was treated with respect and felt like a valued customer. I left feeling assured and confident that it was all going to work out with me driving away in my new Prius LE within 48 hrs. This made my day since I was leaving on a cross country road trip in a few days and I was looking forward to driving my new Prius instead of my old but reliable 2007 Prius. Bryan Hopson was my sales rep and he was fantastic. I sold this dealership my old car and bought a new Toyota Corolla LE and they were quite helpful the whole time. I highly recommend that you go here if you are looking for a new Toyota (or any used car). They are honest, fair, and kind. I felt like I got the best deal possible. As for a specific sales rep, I will mention Bryan Hopson again. He was great and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Bryan Hopson made the whole process a total breeze! I already knew which vehicle I wanted so he had it ready for me so I could test drive it right away. Patrick in finance was great as well. I’ve had bad experiences before with shady finance managers, but he was very personable and honest. They even stayed after closing so I could drive away with the vehicle that night.
