Oneika was a fantastic sales person. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I love my truck. However, I had to take it back 3 times to finally get my problem taken care She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I love my truck. However, I had to take it back 3 times to finally get my problem taken care of. The service rep I dealt with was Kenny. He also was extremely helpful and accommodating. Again, it was inconvenient to keep taking it back. The finance manager was helpful and very pleasant as well. Overall, the staff that deals with public were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. More

We appreciated the way they did business with us. We had a set price and car trade in value we were looking for and Brandon was good at communicating with us on those. He worked with us on scheduling We had a set price and car trade in value we were looking for and Brandon was good at communicating with us on those. He worked with us on scheduling as much as possible, including fitting in a pre-purchase inspection. Car purchases are typically a bit stressful, however Brandon helped this be a much more pleasant experience than we have had at other dealerships. Hudson's warranty department also didn't feel like we were being pushed into anything. We left feeling like their business stood on having a decent product and that they weren't trying to sell you too much outside of that good product. There were a few 'due bill' items and a concern with the vehicle that Brandon helped coordinate once purchase was completed. Their Service team was efficient and pleasant to work with. Their crew maintaining the waiting lobby was lovely. We are happy with our purchase and would look here again in the future. More

Bryan was very kind and great to work with! I did end up waiting almost 3 hours for an oil change, when he said the wait might be 2 hours - I understand that this was out of his control! When I I did end up waiting almost 3 hours for an oil change, when he said the wait might be 2 hours - I understand that this was out of his control! When I did check in for an update, he got back to me quickly, and apologized sincerely for the long wait. He ended up comping the price of the service and giving me a coupon for a free car wash - this was so kind and beyond expectation, he’s a 10/10 for sure! More
