I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago the first 19 years of my life. Growing up I liked taking things apart and seeing how they worked. After High School I pursued what I liked to do. I went to an Automotive Technical School and began my career 30 plus years ago, I have been with Ford since 1987. I started with Rob Sight in April of 2008 and found Rob Sight is a business with a conscience that comes from the top, down. Doing the right thing for the customers and employees makes this a great environment to work. Well what can I say but I’m a gear head. I like to ride my motorcycle, watch Nascar, do photography and play with my dog at home in my small, country town. Someday when I retire I’ll probably still be messing around with cars but it will be at my leisure then.

I purchased a 2012 Fusion from Rob Sight and it is the best car I have ever owned. I had previously owned a 2005 Escape which was serviced by Rob Sight and was truly impressed with the Service Manager, B best car I have ever owned. I had previously owned a 2005 Escape which was serviced by Rob Sight and was truly impressed with the Service Manager, Bruce Ginther. I knew I wanted to purchase a Ford Fusion and my son suggested that I go to Gary Crossley Ford to get it because he had purchased his 2010 Fusion from them. I decided that since Bruce Ginther was such a pleasure to work with that I should give Rob Sight a chance to sell me the Fusion. I had originally orderd a Fusion at the end of March but due to the tsunami in Japan they could not get the paint in the color I wanted. After discussing my options with Rich Poe I decided to wait until the 2012 Fusion was available and I could not be happier that I waited. The car is absolutely everything I wanted and the staff at Rob Sight are awesome. Michele was so helpful and walked me through all the awesome options on my car. She made the financing process so easy and had every detail covered before I had even walked in to pick up my car. I will be recommending this dealership to all my family and friends and actually I already did to our friends who were the first people to ride in my car. Truly a great experience on my purchase. The guys at Rob Sight ALWAYS go over and above to make certain that I am taken care of, and have even recommended other vendors to me when they knew they couldn't offer the best solution to my mechanical certain that I am taken care of, and have even recommended other vendors to me when they knew they couldn't offer the best solution to my mechanical problems. They always greet me by name, and do their best to make what could be a painful experience as palatable as possible. There are a lot of "shady" dealerships out there. However Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln/Mercury is the best dealership experience I've had anywhere, without question! More
