Don’t expect too much from the Service Center on your new vehicle. Repairs take longer than expected. The employees are nice, but they will not go out of their way to help if needed. Loaner cars are always dirty and they don’t wash your vehicle after they return it. I purchased a Denali for over $100k and I’m getting service like I bought a $26k truck. More

Came form sacramento to Anaheim to buy the telluride, started off rocky road closing and couldn’t make it there’s the first week, they held the vehicle for me, & we were able to get the car the following started off rocky road closing and couldn’t make it there’s the first week, they held the vehicle for me, & we were able to get the car the following week. They made it super eas, Sent me the papers to have filled out when we got there, estimated my trade in over phone. And was in the dealership 30 min tops! Would absolutely do business with them again!
