Sends unwanted text messages of sales, emails etc. You can opt out (or so it says.) I’ve opted out of emails and texts and I still get messages. This isn’t the way to get business. What originally was a solid experience back in 2016 when I bought my Mazda has completely changed now in 2021. Their current business practices would stop me from ever going to this dealer again. Respect people’s privacy and don’t text them offers or bombard them with emails and replies. I sold my Mazda and moved to a different vehicle and when people ask me about the brand. I speak honestly. Cars are great Nanaimo dealership should be avoided. More

I have now bought three different vehicles from Harris Mazda and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. They have by far some of the best customer service I’ve even seen from any business . This time around I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sanjiv, who was absolutely fantastic to say the least. Sanjiv went above and beyond in every aspect, making sure I got the best deal possible, in the car that I loved, all while making it a fun and enjoyable experience! I no longer live full time in Nanaimo but will always go back to Harris Mazda and Sanjiv as their service and experience is second to none! More
