Great Service but Pricey I found the dealership very efficient in setting up the appointment and providing the service. My service contact was extremely friendly and efficien I found the dealership very efficient in setting up the appointment and providing the service. My service contact was extremely friendly and efficient with feedbacks and delivery. My only challenge was that I have since found that the additional services received could have been received cheaper elsewhere. More

FMPP and check of steering Britanny and her supervisor did a great job of having the vehicle FMPP done. But, the big item was the tie rods had been replaced, under warranty, in Britanny and her supervisor did a great job of having the vehicle FMPP done. But, the big item was the tie rods had been replaced, under warranty, in November. The steering did not feel right and the tevhnicians did a great job of addressing the problem. I haven't had a chance to check it on a trip, yet. Everyone was polite and every effort was made to address my concerns. More

Always friendly! (starter problems on new Explorer) The team at Northstar is always friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I called on a Friday morning with the possibility of needing my vehicle towe The team at Northstar is always friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I called on a Friday morning with the possibility of needing my vehicle towed to their shop. After checking with the service manager, I was assured that they would be able to take a look at the vehicle that day but depending on the problem may not be able to fix the problem. I booked a Monday appointment to allow time for the techs to review. They got my vehicle in - ran various tests - dug a little deeper and located the problem. Northstar is not by purchasing dealer and they are not the closest dealer to either my work or home but they were recommended by another Ford owner and I have been very impressed by their service and friendly team! More

Best Service and Employees! I have never had a bad experience with Northstar Ford or their Service Team. Every time I have to bring my Ford Edge in for servicing, it is done effi I have never had a bad experience with Northstar Ford or their Service Team. Every time I have to bring my Ford Edge in for servicing, it is done efficiently, quickly and always with a smile! This is the exact reason why I am still extremely happy with our decision to leave our previous Ford dealership to come to Northstar Ford. Thank you!! More
