Everyone was nice. Was told rate for 48 months and payments were too high. Asked what payments would be for 60 months and we agreed that was better. When filling out paper with finance we were never told the rate was over 2% higher. I signed papers anyway but was not happy. The next day Seth the sales manager made things better and gave me a lower rate. I really appreciated that! More
