Bridgette Davis kept us alerted on the exceptionally long delivery (over three months) of our Jeep replacement rear axle, and offered any assistance she could add while we were down one vehicle. Contacted Wes Overton by email about an issue with a lost wheel lock. He responded to my email with in 2 hours and made an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in. Unfortunately they did not have a maste wheel lock. He responded to my email with in 2 hours and made an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in. Unfortunately they did not have a master key for my particular lock. Cody one of their service reps found a replacement set of new wheel locks and they purchased them and had the service department replace my old locks at no cost to me. More

Bridgett Davis was very professional and curious. Bridgett explained some different service options for me. The service department changed the oil and rotated the tires in a little over an curious.
